Early in 2004 I found myself in transition. On three separate occasions, with three different friends advising me, it was suggested that I go into real estate because they said I have the "knack" for identifying great homes and how to get the best out of that investment. After careful consideration, that is exactly what I did. By the end of 2004 I was officially a Realtor! Knowing that real estate was part of my DNA, I became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2012 to further serve my clients.
Drawing on my experience as an oil and gas landman, I help clients navigate the various aspects of this industry, such as conveying, leasing, and researching mineral interest. In addition, one of my passions is historic homes. My experience with the Historic and Cultural Landmarks Commission enables me to advise clients in best practices and guidelines for renovations, be it new construction to or alterations of an existing structure within a historic area.
Now with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals, families, and investors with their residential and commercial real estate needs, I pride myself in being more than just an agent.
